they will hold 500hp easily and since Wiseco pistons are cast they're slightly noisier when the engine is cold, stock rods are forged anyway and good for 700-800hp, a stock spec rebuild is the way to go, it would be a waste of your money to buy high hp parts for a medium hp build. Now if you have big plans for the future then go with the Wiseco pistons, but still keep the stock rods........is my advice
